To communicate quickly and efficiently

Remember the letter of the line and the number of the stop used by your child/children.

Save GETLYF’s emergency numbers in your mobile: GETLYF morning and GETLYF evening.

Do not call the landline for any emergency before 8:30am or after 4:15pm. If we do not pick up the mobile phone, please send a text message.

Do not reply to text messages announcing delays. We use a bulk messaging system and do not read replies in real time. If you have any questions, ask them on GETLYF’s mobile numbers.

Give us at least one mobile number where we can always reach someone. Remember to update childminders’ numbers and give them our number.

Plan B

The service may not be provided in the following cases: vehicle breakdown, no replacement for drivers, strike, snow...etc.

We do our best to avoid these situations but, in case they happen, having planned an alternative solution is a good idea as it is more difficult to do in an emergency.
